Zusammenfassung: | The uptake and retention of tritium labelled thymidine has been studied in eight tissues of the normal rat, in most cases the turnover being followed up to 8 weeks after injection.
The biological factors which contribute to the observed shape of thymidine turnover curves are discussed, in particular the importance of the reutilisation of DNA tritium and radiation effects from the tritium label. |
