Soviet Jewish Immigration and the 1992 Israeli Knesset Elections

The voting behavior of the immigrants who came from the former USSR between 1989-92 is examined for the 1992 Knesset elections in Israel. Contrary to early expectations that Soviet Jews would support Likud, nearly two-thirds of them voted for the Labor bloc.
