The biological preparation of 17α-estradiol-6,7- 3H

The fact that the rabbit excretes 17α-estradiol free of contamination by the β-isomer 2,3,4,5 has been used to prepare 17α-estradiol-6,7- 3H for use in metabolic studies. The results provide some further information on estrogen metabolism in the rabbit.
