Using benefit and cost information to evaluate a food safety regulation: HACCP for meat and poultry

Roberts et al apply the opportunity cost paradigm to examine industry costs of complying with the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), conduct a sensitivity analysis for the benefits component, and discuss economic incentives from HACCP.
