Hypertrichosis lanuginosa acquisita associated with pancreatic carcinoma

SUMMARY A patient with hypertrichosis lanuginosa acquisita associated with pancreatic islet cell carcinoma, probably D cell type, is presented. The hypertrichosis antedated other evidence of malignancy.
