Zusammenfassung: | Cytomegaloviral infection presenting in an immunologically compromised host as a solitary pulmonary nodule has not previously

roentgenogram. At autopsy, this proved to be secondary to cytomegaloviral infection. Differential diagnostic considerations
in the immunosuppressed patient are discussed. |
