Zusammenfassung:Dextran was quantitated in sucrose preparations using a polymer-enhanced immunonephelometric technique. The procedure is rapid, automated, and specific and has high sensitivity. The method shows excellent precision and good correlation with a reversed single radial immunodiffusion method. The dextran content of different saccharide preparations has been analyzed and the results are reported.
