Cure of idiopathic priapism: New procedure of creating fistula between glans penis and corpora cavernosa

A patient with idiopathic priapism of four day's duration had detumescense achieved in his hospital room using local anesthesia by creation of fistula between the glans penis and each corpora cavernosa bodies by means of a Travenol biopsy needle.
