AN OCCURRENCE OF ARGININOSUCCINIC ACIDURIA

The occurrence of two sibs with argininosuccinic aciduria is reported, and data are presented on their urinary metabolites. Neither of the children is severely mentally retarded, and one is almost in the low normal range of ability.
