Zusammenfassung: | EPR spectra of a number of isoalloxazine semiquinones in HCl and DCl solutions have been obtained. An interpretation of the structure of these radical ions has been developed which permits a complete explanation of the spectra in terms of unpaired spin densities at various positions in the molecule. We have compared these results with values for electron densities calculated using Hückel molecular orbital theory. |
