Zusammenfassung:Abnormal axis deviation and deformities of QRS complex of V1 in ECG were investigated by VCG. Left axis deviation in left ventricular hypertrophy was caused by left-postero-superior displacement of QRS loop in VCG, while that in healthy person was reflected by right-postero-superior location of the terminal portion of QRS loop. Right axis deviation in right ventricular hypertrophy was caused by right-antero-inferior displacement of QRS loop in VCG, but that in healthy person was reflected by right-postero-superior displacement of the terminal portion of QRS loop as well as left axis deviation. Late R, lage R/S ratio, notching S and small qrs in V1 were divided into right ventricular hypertrophy, right bundle branch block and normal variant by means of VCG, and presented one criteria to incomplete right bundle branch block in ECG.
