Changes in blood constituents in rats at 1,800 m altitude and effect on periodontium

Continuous exposure to an altitude of 1 800 m resulted the same degenerative periodontal changes than mastication want in the Rat. These different experimental animals had comparable hyperglycemia and lymphocytosis.
