Potential Anti-cancer Agents. XII. Synthesis of 4-Azido-3, 6-dimethoxypyridazine Derivatives
4-Azido-3, 6-dimethoxypyridazine (X) was synthesized from 4-chloro-3, 6-dimethoxypyridazine (VII) through the hydrazino compound and X was converted to 4-azido-3, 6-dimethoxypyridazine 1-oxide (XII). Besides, some reactions of 4-chloro-3, 6-dimethoxypyridazine 1-oxide (I) and XII were examined.
