Zusammenfassung:▶ Organic and conventional winter wheat farm pair grain samples were tested with the copper chloride crystallisation method and submitted to computerised image analyses followed by pattern recognition and classification with multivariate statistical tools. ▶ Appropriate discriminant analyses (DA) models were established.
