Analysis of volatile N-nitroso compounds in drinking water at the part per trillion level

The analysis of volatile N-nitrosamines in water at the sub mg/1 level (parts per trillion) is described. Water supplies in the New Orleans and Boston areas are tested, and volatile nitrosamines are not found.
