Zusammenfassung: | In attempt to clarify the nervous control on the renal circulation, the renal venous flow was observed in the anesthetized dogs, when the animals were subjected to infusion of glucose solution, letting of blood, infusion of noradrenaline, carotid sinus denervation or carotid occlusion, or venous occlusion. All these procedures exerted either vasodilative or vasoconstrictive influence on the renal circulation resulting in either increase or decrease in renal venous flow. These alterations of renal venous flow could also be demonstrated in the perfused kidney with the donor blood using the cross circulation technique, which was devised to show variations of the circulation in the perfused kidney put under the nervous regulation apart from the hemodynamic influences of the recipient animal. |
