Rudimentary left coronary artery

A rather unique cardiac anomaly, a rudimentary left coronary artery, has been described, with electrocardiographic and pathologic correlation. The presence of left bundle branch block was an important clinical sign. The cardiac anomaly was the presumptive cause of death.
