Zusammenfassung: | A study of 44 relatives of 19 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus showed that 11 per cent had clinical evidence of a collagen disease. The sera of one third of the asymptomatic relatives contained rheumatoid factor, while the incidence of hypergammaglobulinemia, biologic false positive tests for syphilis and antinuclear antibodies was lower but significantly greater than in the control population. Three quarters of the patients had at least one relative with clinical and/or laboratory abnormalities.
Un studio de 44 consanguineos de 19 patientes con systemic lupus erythematose monstrava que 11% de illes exhibiva signos de un morbo de collageno. Le seros de un tertio del consanguineos asymptomatic contineva factor rheumatoidic, durante que le incidentia de hypergammaglobulinemia, de tests biologic falsemente positive pro syphilis, e de anticorpore antinuclear–ben que plus basse que le incidentia de factor rheumatoidic–esseva plus alte que in le population de controlo. Tres quartos del patientes habeva al minus un consanguineo con anormalitates clinic e/o laboratorial. |
