Determination of plasma levels of biliary contrast media

Two methods suitable for the estimation of Biligrafin and Biligram in plasma are described. One is a simple, direct, ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and the other could be regarded as a reference method because it depends on chemical determination of iodine after digestion.
