History, predisposing factors, symptomatology, and characteristics of the tumor have been presented in detail.3.3. The value of staging the tumor has been discussed.4.4. A survey of the treatment with particular analysis of the 5 year survivors is given.5.5. The place of radical operation is discussed.6.6. Our 5 year survival rate of 44 per cent is discussed.
