Zusammenfassung: | A dramatic case of occlusion of the right pulmonary artery is presented. The diagnosis was clearly established by means of a lung scan and a radionuclide pulmonary angiogram. The entire course of the disease process was followed by radionuclide studies with a gradual but persistent return to normal.
