The Antibody Response to Myelin Basic Protein in Lewis and Fischer Rats as Followed by a Sodium Sulfate Method of Radioimmunoassay

It was found that the sodium sulfate method of radioimmunoassay of 125I-labeled myelin basic protein could be used in the measurement and linear regression analysis of myelin-basic protein-binding activity in Lewis and Fischer rats, and could be adapted to the day-to-day single point measurements of...

Zusammenfassung:It was found that the sodium sulfate method of radioimmunoassay of 125I-labeled myelin basic protein could be used in the measurement and linear regression analysis of myelin-basic protein-binding activity in Lewis and Fischer rats, and could be adapted to the day-to-day single point measurements of antibody in microliter quantities of serum without untoward loss of statistical precision.
