Zusammenfassung:One hundred consecutive cases of dysphagia seen at a general hospital are reviewed. The diagnostic problems encountered are considered. Special reference is made to the simulation of oesophageal carcinoma by bronchial carcinoma, to the distinction between benign and malignant strictures associated with hiatus hernia, and to cases of x-ray negative dysphagia.
