Zusammenfassung:A case of bronchiolar‐alveolar cell carcinoma which presented as diffuse bilateral disease is described. The technique of bilateral whole lung irradiation, and the favorable patient response to this treatment is then presented. It is suggested that in spite of the fact that the current literature does not endorse radiation therapy for the disseminated form of this disease, the response of this patient makes it worth considering.
