Simple measurement of urinary glycosaminoglycans and degradation products

A simple and rapid method is described for the measurement of urinary glycosaminoglycans and of hexuronic acid-containing oligosaccharides which probably represent products of enzymic degradation of tissue glycosaminoglycans.
