The preparation of high molecular weight divalent “antigens” of defined size

A simple, rapid procedure for the synthesis of divalent “antigens” that consist of high molecular weight polyethylene oxide chains bearing dinitrophenyl groups at their ends and for their fractionation to near size-homogeneity is described.
