Preparation of a stable complex of instrinsic factor with sepharose. A rapid and simple procedure

A simple method is described for the coupling of intrinsic factor to sepharose. The complex thus prepared can be used advantageously in the estimation of cyanocobalamine in blood serum, which is then a most simple and very reliable procedure.
