A Unique Serum Protein in Mice With Various Tumors

A unique serum protein, visible on polyacrylamide gels, was observed in mice with 10 types of tumors. Detection of this tumor-bearer serum protein was facilitated by partial immunosorption with antiserum to normal mouse serum before electrophoresis.
