Zusammenfassung:A new, practical, and simple therapeutic regimen for acne vulgaris is described. Simple dietary discrimination and local skin therapy with a cream which is used as a wash and shampoo has been found effective in the treatment of most cases of acne vulgaris of the comedo-papular type. The regimen is also a valuable adjunct in severe cystic acne requiring additional individualized therapy.
