Zusammenfassung:ORGANIC molecules tagged with tritium are used more and more frequently in biology and medicine, especially for the exploration of metabolic pathways. In this respect, tritiated carboxylic acids are particularly useful tools for the study of various biochemical processes, such as the dehydrogenation and oxidative degradation of higher fatty acids, and determination of the sites of such reactions.
