Treatment of malposed anterior teeth in adults

Malposed anterior teeth frequently cause difficulty in adult patients. In many dentitions, coronal reshaping in conjunction with other therapy is effective in eliminating or reducing these problems. Indications for and the technique of coronal reshaping are discussed in this article.
