Zusammenfassung:A case of pyloric atresia is reported. This brings the total to 30 such cases in the literature and makes this patient the 22nd survivor in the series. Pyloric atresia must be considered in the differential diagnosis of any high intestinal obstruction in the newborn with bile-free emesis. Early diagnosis and surgical intervention give the patient the best chance of survival.
