Ribonuclease II of Escherichia coli Is Not Inhibited by Adenosine Triphosphate

Adenosine triphosphate seems to inhibit unpurified, but not purified, ribonuclease II of Escherichia coli. The presumed inhibition seems to be the result of impurity in the enzyme preparation that converts mononucleotides into less alcohol-soluble diphosphonucleotides.
