Zusammenfassung: | Angina is a very common symptom of CVD. Angina pectoris is a clinical syndrome that manifests as pain, discomfort or 'tightness' in the chest, arm or jaw, which is caused when the heart muscle does not get enough blood. It is classically precipitated by exertion or emotional stress, and relieved by rest. Other triggers for angina include cold weather and eating a heavy meal. Unstable angina is when angina occurs at any time, including at rest. |
