Gastrojejunocutaneous fistula

Two cases of postoperative gastrojejunocutaneous fistula are described and the pertinent literature is reviewed. The use of the technic of serosal onlay patch graft as a definitive surgical procedure for early closure of the anastomotic defect is suggested.
