Carbon-13 nmr spectroscopy of red blood cell suspensions
The 13C nmr spectra of whole blood samples treated with 13CO, 13CO 2, and 13CN − ion suggest that 13C nmr will be a powerful tool for the study of the structure and dynamics of intra-cellular constituents and the binding of extra-cellular substrates in cell suspensions.
