Zusammenfassung:Myocardial scanning with a number of isotopes was reviewed. A method of mathematical analysis of serial scan data by a small digital computer was described. Photographs with shades of red and green were used to display the computer output. The data obtained from mongrel dogs indicate a possible usefulness of the procedure in man to determine myocardial perfusion and whether a delay in perfusion exists.
