Zusammenfassung: | A 2 month old infant had coronary arteries that were not connected to either the aorta or pulmonary artery but arose from the right ventricle and several associated anomalies: atresia of the pulmonic valve with intact ventricular septum, a small right ventricle and an Ebstein-like anomaly of the tricuspid valve. Cardiac catheterization and autopsy data are employed to discuss the abnormal perfusion of the myocardium which led to subendocardial infarction. |
