Zusammenfassung: | THE experiments to be described were conducted with the purpose of attaining a more extensive regeneration of filtrable forms by modifying the technique. In analogy with the use of blood plasma in tissue cultures, we also added blood plasma to media for regeneration, as it was thought that granules capable of regeneration would be adsorbed on the submicroscopic network of fibrin, creating thereby more favourable conditions for assimilation processes than would be brought about had the granules settled to the bottom of the tubes. |
