Electron microscopy of phosphorylase b crystals

Crystals of phosphorylase b have been re-examined using the techniques of electron microscopy and optical diffraction. The basic lattice is the same as that previously reported but the geometrical arrangement of the subunits is different. This arrangement is discussed in terms of subunit structure.
