Zusammenfassung:In a 49 year old male who has had a latent metastasis of carcinoma for 10 years, a development of multiple metastasis followed by a disappearance of all tumors were observed in a period of 6 months. The primary focus is unknown. The true causative mechanism of these changes also remains obscure. The clinical and histological findings were followed until none of the carcinoma cells could be demonstrated.
