Zusammenfassung:Poly 2′-fluoro-2′-deoxyuridylic acid was synthesized by polymerization of the corresponding nucleoside-5′-diphosphate with polynucleotide phosphorylase from Escherichia coli. The polymer is resistant to degradation by pancreatic RNase and alkali. The polymer possesses no secondary structure but forms a 1:1 complex with both poly A and poly X.
