Zusammenfassung:A new DNA polymerase activity from adrenocortical nuclei has been observed which appears to be particulate associated. A significant degree of activity is observed in the absence of exogenous DNA template. The enzyme appears to be DNA dependent. Under the conditions of assay very little of the activity is due to terminal transferase activity. This enzyme activity is different from that observed in the soluble cytoplasmic fraction.
