Zusammenfassung: | A technique to obtain unimplanted eggs from the human uterus in situ is presented. The eggs are washed out of the uterine cavity with sterile saline by means of a transcervical two-way stainlessisteel cannula designed for this purpose. Six ova and one possibly fertile egg were obtained by this technique and are described. Suggestions are made for the application of this technique to the study of some fundamental aspects of human reproduction. |
