Zusammenfassung:	In monolayer cultures of guinea pig bone marrow, spleen and peritoneal fluid cells, fibroblast colonies (clones) are formed. The efficiency of colony formation by PFC increases after vaccination with Freund's adjuvant. In the presence of tuberculin in the culture medium, fibroblast colony formation by PFC of sensitized donors is strongly suppressed.
