Zusammenfassung:	The case of an infant who developed hyperthyroidism as part of the McCune-Albright syndrome is reported. The age of onset of hyperthyroidism was earlier than in previously reported cases. The child later developed myeloid metaplasia. The occurrence of polyostotic fibrous dysplasia and myeloid metaplasia in the same patient, not previously reported, suggests a possible relationship between the two conditions.
