Zusammenfassung:	Open reduction of complete displacement of the distal radial epiphysis in an 11-year-old boy is reported. Difficulty was encountered in dealing with an associated radial diaphyseal fracture at a higher level, an open fracture of the distal ulna and an ulnar nerve injury. The rarity of this combination is discussed.
