Zusammenfassung: | Maxillary dental arch dimensions were measured in skulls from Anglo-Saxons, and 16th to 18th century Londoners, 18th century Glasgow skulls, and in skulls of modern Britons from the West Midlands. The data were analyzed by principal coordinate analysis, and the results showed that the skulls from 16th to 18th century London and 18th century Glasgow populations were similar in respect of arch dimensions, but were dissimilar to both Anglo-Saxon and modern West Midland populations. |
