Zusammenfassung:Two unusual radiological signs of Crohn's disease of the colon are described:— 1. Filling defects of the medial walls of the caecum resembling carcinoma. It is important to examine the terminal ileum in cases showing this abnormality, because the demonstration of Crohn's disease in the ileum provides strong presumptive evidence that the caecal lesion is also due to Crohn's disease. 2. Localised narrowing and scarring of the colon with the formation of large false diverticula. The importance of this abnormality lies in its recognition as a manifestation of Crohn's disease.
