GLC Determination of New Antiarrhythmic Drug

A GLC method for the determination of a new anti-arrhythmic compound is described. In an attempt to define the compound being chromatographed, isolation and identification techniques were carried out on the derivative and a mechanism for the unusual reaction is proposed.
